This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between AiMedusa Dijital İşçi Çözümleri, operating under the AiMedusa brand ("AiMedusa", "we", "our" or "service provider"), and any individual or entity using the AiMedusa platform ("User", "you" or "customer").

By accessing the AiMedusa platform or using our services, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: The AiMedusa website accessible at aimedusa.net and all associated subdomains.
  • Service: AI-powered digital workforce services provided through AiMedusa.
  • User: Any individual or entity using our services.
  • Content: All data, files, images, text, and documents uploaded by the user or generated by our systems.

2. Scope of Services

AiMedusa provides AI-powered digital workforce solutions for businesses. AI-generated responses are automatically created and their accuracy is not guaranteed to be 100%. Users are responsible for verifying outputs before making final decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and public order.
  • You are personally responsible for all actions performed on the platform.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.

4. Payment and Billing

AiMedusa provides services on a paid basis. Pricing may be determined on a package basis or on a project-specific basis. If payment is not made, the service may be suspended or terminated.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. AiMedusa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the AiMedusa platform and its contents belong to AiMedusa Dijital İşçi Çözümleri. Users retain ownership of the content they upload.

7. Data Privacy and Personal Data Protection

User data is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK") and relevant regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

AiMedusa does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. AI-powered decisions must be verified by the user.

9. Changes

AiMedusa reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time.

10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul (Anatolian Side) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
